Have you ever looked in the mirror, and not recognise yourself? Have you ever looked at two people whispering to each other, and you just know that they’re talking about you? Have you ever dreamt of death, only to wake up and feel disappointed because you’re not dead?

Do you want to go to sleep, and never awake? Do you want to collapse on the floor and give up? Do you feel nothing other than numbness and devastation?

That’s how I feel everyday.

  1. just know that there are many people around who love you. You should be thankful that comparative to others who are less fortunate, you should consider yourself blessed. i realize it is much easier said than done to tell yourself to be happy again and i realize that you are not doing this to yourself on purpose. But you have to try and never give up. Because one day when you succeed and reach the peak of the mountain, it will be a very satisfying moment. if you are carrying anxiety in your eyes, then you are aliveif you are carry restlessness in your heart, then you are aliveif you there is light in your eyes, then you are alive- Javed akthar -loves from a caring stranger.

I am sure you have heard this a billion times, i realize that its is easier said than done to tell yourself to be happy again and i realize you not doing this on purpose. But you have to keep on trying and never give up. Because when you do get on the peak of that mountain, which you definitely will,it will be a very satisfying moment. i am sure you know of many people who have faced this problem and come out of it stronger than ever. That could be and will be you.If you are carrying anxiety in your eyes, then you are aliveif you are carrying restlessness in your heart, then you are aliveif you are see light in your eyes, then you are alive- Javed Akthar-Loves from a caring stranger.
